The 2014 Alumni Magazine Inspire published by the University of Oxford’s Department of Politics and International Relations (DPIR) features an article written by Dr. Sundeep Waslekar, President Strategic Foresight Group. The article titled Blue Peace proposes the setting up of a global centre to facilitate active water cooperation between neighbouring countries and thereby prevent wars.
